Inez Van Loock

Bio

Inez gained her Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Antwerp (U.I.A) in June 1988. From July 1988 to December 1988, she worked as a researcher for the U.I.A on a study of “Flexibility of employment in local authorities” (“Tewerkstellingsflexibiliteit in lokale besturen”) (Die Keure, 1988, p. 262).

She was admitted to the bar in January 1989. As well as a highly-motivated lawyer, she is also a temporary administrator. She is one of the main partners of Ardent.

Inez has extensive expertise and experience in Labour and Social Security Law, and a particular interest in Dismissal Law. In addition, she has a long-standing enthusiasm for Family and Estate Law, within which she mainly specialises in Family Estate Law, including the settlement and division of legacies and matrimonial estates of entrepreneurs involving a share or capital dispute.

Inez is a formidable negotiator. She never gives up, and always does her utmost for her clients. As well as a lawyer, she is an enthusiastic runner.
