Bio
Luc qualified as a lawyer in 1979. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Criminology. He is one of the most renowned trustees of the Antwerp bar. He is the founding father of Ardent.
As well as having masses of experience, Luc works tirelessly for clients. He has always worked in Business Law and Company Law in the broadest sense, mainly specialising in Insolvency Law and the regulations relating to companies in difficulties. He assists entrepreneurs and helps solve their legal problems. Luc is an experienced and formidable negotiator.
In these awkward times, your company may find itself in a difficult position, despite all your efforts. These problems may be temporary or structural. In both cases Luc can guide you and offer solutions. Should your company, worst case, evolve towards a bankruptcy, he can prepare you for this as well as conduct all necessary and useful negotiations with the bankruptcy receiver(s).
Finally he is highly involved in Civil society for associations, organisations and charities, and therefore has a huge network of contacts.
