Our General Terms and Conditions of Services contain information on Ardent Advocaten (CBE / VAT No., etc.), our services, how to contact us, the status of our lawyers, the professional regulations binding our lawyers, the calculation of fees, costs, etc., and the contractual terms governing relationships with our clients. The clauses of these terms can be negotiated. They apply unless different arrangements are made in writing.
General Terms and Conditions of the Client Portal
The terms and conditions for use of the online client portal are included in the General Terms and Conditions of the client portal. The client portal is a service, through which Ardent gives clients online access (distantly via a secure website on the internet) to an overview of their current and closed cases, and to certain information and documents from these cases. The client portal is an additional service of Ardent Advocaten.
